Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing BH Productions for your creative space needs. To ensure a smooth, professional, and respectful experience for all, please review and agree to the following policies before booking: 📅 Booking Requirements A minimum of 2 days’ notice is required to book any space. Clients may cancel bookings online up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Bookings are non-transferable and must be used by the original renter. 💳 Payments & Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining balances must be paid in full online prior to your event. We will send a manual reminder email with a payment link before your rental date. If full payment is not received before your event, the booking may be canceled and your deposit forfeited. ⚖️ Terms & Agreements Clients must review and accept our Terms & Conditions and Rental Agreement before submitting a booking. We reserve the right to manually approve or deny bookings if necessary to ensure alignment with our values and space availability. 🛡️ Insurance & Liability Event liability insurance may be required for certain types of events or gatherings. If applicable, this will be offered as an add-on during booking. Renters are responsible for any damage, theft, or excessive cleaning required following their rental. 🎯 Additional Notes No smoking, illegal activity, or excessive noise is permitted. Clients are expected to arrive on time and exit promptly at the end of their reserved slot. Setup and breakdown must be done within your booked time window.
